Domestic Moggies

Back to Breeds

This is a tortoiseshell cat. Specifically she is a"Tortoiseshell and White". In the USA she would probably be described as a Calico. Most "Torties" are females.

Torties come in lots of different colours and can be longhaired or shorthaired.

This is my Tortie, called Jazz, she is a "Chocolate and Creme" taking a stroll through my cherry tree in spring.

This style of coat is a typical "Tabby"

This ginger moggie should really be called a "Red Tabby", some people call them "Marmalade Tabbies"
